Blue Plate Special plays a blend of American roots music featuring strong three part vocal harmonies, mixed with the acoustic sounds of accordion, banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and upright bass. Blue Plate Special has experience entertaining crowds of all ages in a concert setting, casual party atmosphere, and interactive children’s workshops.

Blue Plate Special has performed throughout New Jersey and the tri-state area, including multiple sets at the legendary bluegrass venue Albert Music Hall as well as a performance at Mexicali in Teaneck, NJ with Tony Trischka and his band Territory.
